About H&T Homes

We're Hannah and Tim. H&T Homes is something we started as a family.

Before Hannah's mom, Tabitha, passed away, the three of us used to talk about doing this—buying a property or two, fixing them up, and offering a better kind of rental experience. Nothing big or corporate. Just homes we could take care of and feel good about offering to people.

After we lost her, the idea stuck with us. It felt like something worth building—not just for ourselves, but as a way of carrying a piece of her with us.

How We Work

We're starting small. One or two places, right here in Rhode Island. We live local, we handle everything ourselves, and we try to keep things simple and respectful.

We're not trying to make things complicated. If something breaks, we'll fix it. If you need to reach us, you can. We're just two people trying to do this the right way.
